Location
On a sunny and
quiet natur reservation called "Schwemm", about 15 min. by walk to
the middle of the village and the lake Walchsee.
The local bakery delivers every morning fresh rolls to our house!
Summer
A grand sunbathing meadow and possibility of
barbeque at a small gardenhouse in front of the house.
Nearby is a nature siden Golf-ressort with Golf-school. Best
starting point for mountainbike - (beginners and professionals) and
mountain-torus.
To garage your bikes in house is possible. Iv necerssary you can use
our city-bike. Half way to de village there is askaterpark.
 
Swimming at our small lake
"Walchsee"
In the near area (2 km) we have a small lake called
"Walchsee" (1 km sice). This lake is nice to swimming
and in summer about 20 - 24 degred warm. Also you can go to
water-Ski, rent a boat or fishing at the lake.
Winter
You can join
in directly one of the most beatiful sited and best prepaired by
cross-country routes of the alpes (beginners and professionals).
We can give you some professional advice and tips. You reach the
ski-lift and a slede-run in 5 minutes by car. You can use our
sledges.
You can garage your skiers in house. Half way to the village there
is an ice-field for skating.
Slope Systems in
the near area
We have in the village two small slope systems in the near of 3 km.
One is verry small and easy for beginners (with ski academy).
And one is for advanced skiers.
At 7 km we have a bigger slope system (for advanced and
professionals / with ski academy) callen "Unterberg Kössen".
At 15 km we have a rial big slope system for all kinds called
"Steinplatte Waidring".
