Location: On a sunny and quiet nature reservation called "Schwemm", about a 15 min.
walk to the lake and the middle of the village.

Summer: grand "sunbathing meadow" and possibility of barbeque at the house.
Nearby is a nature sided Golf-ressort with Golf-school. Best starting point for
mountainbike - (beginners and professionals) and mountain-tours. To garage your
bikes in house is possible. If necessary you can use our two city-bikes. Half way to
the village there is a skaterpark.

Winter: You can join in directly one of the most beautiful sited and best prepaired by
cross-country routes of the alpes (beginners and professionals). We can give you
some professional advice and tips. You reach the ski-lift and a sledge-run in 5 minutes
car. You can use our sledges. You can garage your skiers in house. Half way to the
village there is an ice-field for skating.
